Terms & Shipping Info

Our customers are our #1 priority, and we strive to create your products perfectly every time. Our custom printed products are guaranteed to ship within next business day. Please note that there may be color variances between images displayed on a monitor and actual printed products, due to differences in monitor resolutions and design programs.

Shipping will be directed to the address on file, so please be sure this info is accurate and updated. Purchases will be shipped via USPS first class mail. All other shipments will be sent Priority Mail.

 

Items that you receive late are not the responsibility of Lotus Bakery. Holidays or weather may delay mail delivery, so plan ahead and send your photo early.

There are no refunds or exchanges on any edible products. If we are at fault for any mistake in sizing or printing, we will refund your money or ship you another order free of charge. You must return the order in the original packaging to us

***REGARDING COPYRIGHT*** Lotus Bakery will never knowingly infringe upon the copyright or trademarks of others. This means that we will not print images that we know to be copyrighted or trademarked, such as Disney, Hello Kitty, etc. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that any images submitted for print are not infringing upon any copyright or trademark rights. Lotus Bakery will not be held liable for customer supplied images. We reserve the right to decline any orders we deem questionable. Along the same lines, our customers reserve the rights to their own submitted designs. We diligently protect the copyright and trademark rights of our customers.
